GENERAL NOTIONS
User – an individual, who accesses and /
or places an order on the website www.coffeeshop.md;
Seller - legal entity, hereinafter "COFFEESHOP
SRL", in a commercial context is defined as an online "provider"
of products and services displayed on the website www.coffeeshop.md;
Member - an individual, who accesses and
eventually, authenticates himself as a member of the site for the purpose of
purchasing products and services and who agrees to these terms and conditions,
as evidence of the conscientious collaboration with the Seller.
E-Store - electronic platform, web-site and /
or online-store, which operates according to the laws of the Republic of
Moldova and which serves natural and legal persons throughout the country;
Client - an individual or legal entity user,
who has placed at least one order on the site, has made at least one
sale-purchase relationship on the electronic platform www.coffeeshop.md, who
has also signed this agreement with the terms and conditions and which received
the requested product and / or service, eventually, which made the payment for
them.
Buyer – an individual or legal entity which
is defined as a customer by fact of purchasing goods and/or services from the
company COFFEESHOP SRL;
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The
e-store www.coffeeshop.md makes every effort to supply you with the most
correct colors, sizes, dimensions and product descriptions. However, due to the
large volume of data, there may be inconsistencies in the product information.
Also, the colors you see on the monitor may differ from the actual colors of
the products.
ORDERS
There
is no minimum order required. All prices displayed on the site are displayed in
the national currency of the Republic of Moldova and contain VAT. The prices
displayed do not include shipping charges. These taxes will be passed
separately on the Invoice.
The
invoice is issued according to the legislation in charge in the Republic of
Moldova and is sent together with the products ordered at the delivery address.
Orders placed on working days, until 18:00, the local time of the Republic of
Moldova, will be dispatched within a maximum of one working day.
According
to the laws in charge, the order placed on this website is considered an
agreement between the user and COFFEESHOP SRL and must be executed by both parties.
This means that COFFEESHOP SRL undertakes to deliver the ordered products and
services, and the user undertakes to pay the order value.
We reserve
the right to change the prices displayed on the website when we consider this
necessary.
COFFEESHOP
SRL uses its own services, however sometimes it can use the services of other
companies, for example for transport, electronic payments, repairs, etc. The
responsibility for these services lies with the service providers and the
seller.
DELIVERY
The
operative courier service delivers on the territory of the Republic of Moldova
from 3h to 72h, depending on the address of the recipient.
Chisinau
(municipality / suburbs) - up to 24h from the moment of placing the
order.
Republic
of Moldova (except Chisinau, Transnistria) -
from 24h to 48h (Monday-Friday) and up
to 72h (Friday-Monday).

49.00 lei (VAT Inc.)
Republic of Moldova - 73.00 lei
(TV Inc.)
At
the time of delivery, the customer receives the goods and an Invoice
(Proforma).
Orders outside
the territory of the Republic of Moldova, are possible through
international postal services.
RECEIVING ORDERS
Place
non-stop orders on the website www.coffeeshop.md, add any product in the
shopping cart in the desired amount, followed by a confirmation call.
Wait
for the order delivery to the address indicated in the Invoice, a call in
advance by the courier will be made half an hour (30 minutes)
before delivery.
Alternatively,
orders can be placed by phone Monday-Saturday 09:00 - 18:00.
Other
means of communication are welcome: mail, chat and messenger.
PAYMENT METHODS
Flexibility
is not the easiest, however the closest-to-people way to serve customers, which
is why cash payments are accepted, also with the card at the time of delivery,
online (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfer.

METHODS OF RETURN
Recognition
and understanding are the keys for trust. We guarantee the return of the
money for the purchases made in the e-store coffeeshop.md, it is important to
mention this request by a short email to [email protected] with the subject
"return" and a brief description of the reason for the return, we
also mention that the returned product needs to be intact. If the
product has been unpacked, damaged the return is not possible.
RETURN OF PAYMENTS MADE ONLINE
Cancellation
of online payments are free of charge, by communicating
the request for cancellation by phone or email.

address. When you want to buy online you will be asked for additional: delivery
address, billing address and payment method, also card details if payment goes
through online method.
The
personal data of the user may be used by Coffeeshop.md only for the stated purpose
of this site, to send the user confirmation and delivery of orders.

and all its elements (web graphics, texts, programs, etc.) are protected by the
law for the protection of copyright. The use without our consent of any element
contained in this site is punished according to the laws in force.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As a
result of the legislation in force, the store has no responsibility regarding:

in delivery due to the supplier, courier or for other reasons.

during transport to the recipient, which falls to the carrier.
